By subscribing to or using our Services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Scooped. We encourage you to read them carefully before subscribing.

Scooped does not provide indoor cleaning services, pet sitting, dog walking, or any services beyond pet waste removal unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
3. Pricing & Payment

- a. All services are billed monthly at the beginning of each billing cycle
- b. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice via credit or debit card
- c. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- d. Late payments may result in suspension of service after a 7-day grace period

A valid payment method must remain on file for the duration of your subscription. If a payment method is declined, we will attempt to notify you and resolve the issue before suspending service.
4. Scheduling & Property Access
By subscribing to our Services, you grant Scooped permission to enter your property on your scheduled service day for the sole purpose of performing pet waste removal.
- a. Service days are assigned based on your location for efficient routing. We will accommodate preferences when possible
- b. Services are typically performed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on your assigned day
- c. You do not need to be home during service, but we require unobstructed access to your yard
- d. Gates must remain unlocked or a gate code/key must be provided. All gates will be securely re-latched after service

Please ensure pets are secured or brought indoors during service for the safety and comfort of both your pets and our technicians. While our technicians are trained to work around pets, we recommend keeping them inside for the most efficient service.
